Looking for a delicious gluten-free dinner night out? Here at Humphry’s we love to provide exceptional dining experiences for all of our guests, offering a delicious selection of bespoke meals for guests with dietary requirements. Many of our menu options can be adapted and personalised to fit our guests’ diets, including these delicious dishes, which are perfect for a gluten-free diet…

1. Oysters '3 Ways'

Oysters done three ways: soy, lime and ginger; tempura with pickled cucumber and chorizo foam; strawberries.

Our Oysters ‘3 Ways’ can be served with a gluten-free soy sauce and gluten-free flour is used when preparing the tempura, to ensure for a tasty meal for our gluten intolerant guests.


2. Scallops

Pan-fried scallops with mango, a smoked eel croquet and bonito flakes.

This delectable scallop dish is great for those looking for a gluten-free option. We simply adapt the smoked eel croquet, by coating it in a gluten-free bread crumb to make for a delicious dish. 


3. Beef

Fillet of Brookfield Farm beef, served with an oxtail and Marmite ragout, a shallot purée, girolles, a bone marrow crumb and a red wine jus.

Our bone marrow crumb is created with bread crumbs, herbs and bone marrow shavings; we simply use a gluten-free bread crumb instead! The perfect dish for those looking for a gluten-free meal.


4. Halibut

Pan-fried halibut with fregola, confit fennel, and an orange and tarragon oil.

We swap the fregola with either gluten-free pasta or pluses, to allow you to enjoy a delicious gluten-free variation of this dish!


5. Fromage frais

Fromage frais cheesecake, served with vanilla poached figs, hazelnut crumble, hazelnut ice cream, a blackberry and violet sauce, and blackberry meringue.

This deconstructed cheesecake has a hazelnut crumble base, adapted to be made with gluten-free flour in order to create a deliciously indulgent dish!


6. Soufflé

Mocha soufflé, served with a chocolate anglaise and a mascarpone and orange sorbet.

By adjusting the recipe to include gluten-free flour, this dish becomes the ideal way to round off the perfect gluten-free meal!
