In July 2015, some of the team jetted off to the beautiful Forte Village Resort in Sardinia to cook at Celebrity Chef Night, this week we have the wonderful Paolo Simioni cooking in Humphry’s.

In July 2015, some of the team jetted off to the beautiful Forte Village Resort in Sardinia to cook at Celebrity Chef Night, this week we have the wonderful Paolo Simioni cooking in Humphry’s. Paolo is the Executive Chef at the Sardinian holiday destination and he is bringing a taste of Sardinia to Stoke Park.

Paolo has been treating guests to his exquisite food and will continue to do so for both lunch and dinner until Saturday 6th February.

The Sardinian Menus features dishes such as Marinated Salmon with Ginger and Sardinian Citrus, Greek Yogurt Cannolo, Sweet Cucumber with Fennel Carpaccio and also Porcini Mushroom Ravioli with Crispy Sweetbreads and Truffle which runs alongside our Humphry’s menu during the week.
