If you don’t already cook with Sea Bass then September is a great time to start! As summer turns into autumn – it’s the ideal dish to ease you away from the salads and BBQ’s of summer before we start diving into the hearty hot dinners of the winter - it’s quick and easy to cook so it could be a light lunch or a filling evening meal this autumn.

Sea Bass is a white fish which is best served skin-on, it has quite a sweet flavour and it’s light and delicate. It’s become very popular in restaurants but it’s easy to recreate sea bass dishes at home!
