We are back for the third year running at Thame Food Festival!
Running from Saturday 30th September to Sunday 1st October, our Executive Chef, Chris Wheeler, will be showcasing some of his finest dishes from Stoke Park’s restaurants, including our award-winning Humphry’s.
The weekend will be jam-packed with delectable food, cooking demonstrations and celebrity chefs. Chris will be busy cooking up a storm on our stall before heading up the Chef’s Long Table Banquet in the evening. Our chef will also be judging the public’s handmade choux designs before working his magic on the Bakers Stage and closing the festival with his delicious delights.

Saturday 30th September
Join Chris at Stoke Park’s stall as he prepares and cooks a different dish every quarter to the hour throughout the day. See him produce award-winning and learn the tricks of the trade through his cooking tips. Sample his delicious Mediterranean Lamb Sliders and Beef in Yorkshire Puddings during the day as he cooks the meat fresh for you to enjoy.
Our Executive Chef will be the headline act of the Chef’s Long Table Banquet as he will be cooking the main dish of the night. Following Belazu’s starter, Chris will be cooking a succulent Beef en Croute and a mouth-watering Butternut Squash en Croute, which will be followed up with Ryan Simpson’s ‘Reaping the Rewards’ dessert. This fantastic evening is a chance to relax, drink and enjoy great food cooked by award-winning chefs with your family and friends at one of the best loved food festivals.

Sunday 1st October
Chris will be back once again on Stoke Park’s stall cooking brand new dishes for you all to enjoy, along with his tantalising samples for you to snack on as you get to chat with him personally.
Perhaps you’re a dab hand at baking and are keen to showcase your choux pastry skills? Chris will be judging the public’s creations in ‘Chris (P) Up Your Choux’! So bring along your choux; devise, design, fill, build and bake them in any which way you want. Whether you opt for sweet or savoury, pile them up or lay them all out, just make sure they are ‘Chris (P)’!
