Taking A Look At My Summer Schedule..
25 May 2017
With the arrival of the summer season, my diary is getting very busy and I have plenty to look forward too over the next few months.
To kick things off; following the success at last year’s Taste of London, I’ll be making a return to the Belazu Ingredient Company stand on Thursday 15th June, where you can find me cooking my very own Fillet of Beef Salad creation for the crowds.
The Boodles is back for its 16th Anniversary this June and as always I’m ready and waiting to prepare gourmet lunches and afternoon teas for the lucky hospitality guests at the event. The Boodles is one of my favourite weeks of the year at Stoke Park and as always I’ll be embracing the week of tennis with themed dishes and petit fours! And of course there will be plenty of freshly-baked scones, jam and cream for the perfect afternoon tea break from watching the world-class tennis action on court.
Having returned to Sardinia last year to cook at Forte Village for a second year, this summer I have decided to take my adventures abroad to France where I’ll be participating in Big in France. Set within idyllic French scenery along with fantastic kitchen facilities, I’ll be performing practical cookery classes within some of France’s finest chateau’s.
Looking ahead to later in 2017, I will also be back at Thame Food Festival on Saturday 30th Sept – Sunday 1st October, once again taking to the stage for a cookery demonstration. Fancy watching me show off my baking skills? Make sure to come and watch me on the Magimix main stage on the Sunday!
