Junior Sous Chef: Antonio Costa

Having first worked with Head Chef, Chris Wheeler, and the Humphry’s team for Boodles 2015, Antonio has made a warmly welcomed returned to the kitchen as the Junior Sous Chef. Antonio has plenty of previous experience in the kitchen; including 2 years at a catering college in Lisbon, Portugal, working for Elite Chef agency for 1 ½ years and as chef at Stoke Place.

Antonio is thrilled to be back in the Humphry’s kitchen, working alongside Chris and constantly learning and perfecting his cooking skills. His favourite dish to cook is Lobster and Tuna with Pickled Fennel.
