We wanted the name of our restaurant to reflect the heritage we are lucky enough to have at Stoke Park and so Humphry’s seemed perfect. It is named after Humphry Repton, the eighteenth century genius behind Stoke Park’s stunning parkland and the breathtaking bridge that the restaurant overlooks.
